There is not enough nice things I can say about the people who work at this location! Dave the manager always goes above and beyond and always greets you with a smile. His crew he has are some of the most respectful and caring men I have ever met. Cody, Josh, and Gus especially! Everyone there truly does a fantastic job!!! Plus the food is delicious!!!!
Great subs, but the staff need to read their slips better. Numerous times I have put no bacon because I'm allergic to pork to find out before I eat it there is bacon on my sandwich.
For a restaurant, I would expect commitment to health and safety to be a to priority. I'm sad to say that this is not the case here. I saw two employees not wearing facemasks while indoors. I called out the callednCashier and he said it was in his pocket and didn't really do much anyway, he refused to wear it when I asked.nnCan't help but wonder what other health standards they disregard. Hopefully that cashier didn't think washing hands doesn't do anything either.nnAt least for the next few months avoid this place, we need the pandemic to end and that means everyone needs to work together.
Stopped in with coupon from Michelle at Erberts on casaloma for take out food today at 235.. door buzzer rang when I went in, sat at counter for 5-6 minutes, no customers or employees present anywhere. I thought I heard some noises in back so I made some noise, waited another minute, nothing. So I tore up my coupon and went else where, second time something like this has happened to me at this location.. great food, too bad the customer service is horrible
Food is good, kinda pricey for what you get. And on days when your in a rush and there's a line forget about trying to eat here. The register gentleman (whose name I will omit) is very friendly in a odd kind of way, but he is verrrry slow at taking orders and getting the line moving.
