Food great but you can tell the young workers don’t want to be there. They were talking the entire time while I was waiting to order. Then she took my order, and before telling me my total, turned and continued talking to her visiting friend and coworkers while I was standing there with my wallet out. After a bit she finally told me my total and I paid her, still talking to a friend when she gave me my change: Then I stood waiting for her to grab my slice of pizza that was already ready. She did it, but was slow about it because again was just talking to everyone. I don’t mind talking I get it but multitasking would be nice. I was just standing there watching the worker stop working and helping me to talk with her friend and coworkers in the back. Not that I was in a hurry, but I didn’t really want to just stand there watch them all talk. Also her friend visiting that she was talking to was leaning/laying his entire torso over the counter and it made me uncomfortable. Just an awkward and slow experience. And I know not all the workers are like this.
Today I was helped by a lady wearing a orange mask with bats for halloween and she was so kind! I believe she was a newer employee because she asked for some patience as she was entering my order. She was very polite, kind and professional while helping me. I didn’t see a name tag at all, I wish the employees had been wearing them so I could share some names. There was also another gentleman working the counter who was in sweatpants and a hoodie. It doesn’t bother me but I think it’d look a little more professional if workers were provided with a rocky sweatshirt in case they are cold :)
I’m sorry. I’ve been to this place 3 times and every time it’s been a poor experience. Bad service. They are guaranteed to miss something on your order or forget you even ordered. (Even if you are the only one there) Unclean and rude. The front counter takes off their mask as soon as management have their back turned. I’ve tried to give them 3 separate tries but not once did they get it right.
This place never fails to impress. They serve fresh dishes for convenient prices, there no long wait even when the place is loaded.
I love the place. Some of the greatest pizza on the planet!!!!! Might just go get some right now, tonight
