I order weekly from this location but no longer after today :(nnI called to notify the manager that I had received bad turkey in my sandwich which was just delivered; very gel like texture and bloody spot in meat slice. Potent, awful flavor. She stated she made the sandwich and will let her vendor know...I agreed this was odd as I could sense the disbelief in her voice. I stated I didn't want anyone else having to throw out their sandwich as I had...she again said she'd let her vendor know.nnCorrect response would have been an apology and credit on next order. As a very regular customer I am disappointed with how this was handled.

Always a good go-to sub sandwich shop. Freaky fast service. Wide sandwich menu. Fresh baked bread every day. Very clean business following all COVID-19 protocols.

Wow am I so disappointed and in shock. My husband said I can't believe you kept your cool. I placed a order with my daughter online we get there and our food wasn't ready ok so we wait and we watch so many people come in grab their food order their food and leave. We waited over 20 mins while all the employees looked at us like why are you guy's still here instead of asking us if we needed something. So I finally went up to the counter after waiting 25 minutes and all I got was do you have a confirmation well yes i do here it is,oh im sorry our machine didn't print it out we will make it right away and we still waited some time. Food is great my daughter loved her sub but my good lord run the place better.

Staff was friendly, nice, and as advertised fast. Place was clean. Would gave 5* but for some reason the bread at this location never seems to taste fresh. Maybe it's just me, it's not bad bread just feel like it could be better. Overall still good food

The food is always fresh and amazing! Brennan gives great customer service and made sure that all of my needs were met. He is an asset to your company. He deserves a raise!
