Placed an order a week in advance to ensure delivery at appropriate time. Had to call twice (first time was 15 minutes after the time). Be there in 15. Called back after another 35 minutes. Be there in 5. Or 15. Great. Meeting should be just about over then. Wow. Our organization is done ordering here, I think.

I placed an order. After I submitted I realized that it was 4 minutes to close. They were sorry for the mistake! I understand we make mistakes!! I am glad that they care about making situations right for their customers

Came in and ordered a sub took almost 20 minutes to get my sub they kept making subs for people who were not in the store first! They need to have a line dedicated to people who were coming into the the store. I will be going to a different sub place unless they fix this issue. Then I asked the guy how long it was going to be for my sub and he got extremely rude with me. The guy was wearing glasses and has facial hair! I was simply asking when my sub would be ready. Terrible customer service.

Food was good. Service was exceptionally slow in the drive thru.

Ordered two subs and both were made incorrectly. It took a half hour to make it when they said it would be ready in a couple minutes. Person in the drive through was really rude on top of that.
