Awesome food

The food is good and ordering is easy enough. I enjoy eating here as well and the prices are competitive with other sub places in the area. So why the 2 stars? Their delivery is slow and they clearly don't double check the order before sending it out. As is, after an order is placed it takes anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour to get your food. Fine, whatever, plan ahead and order earlier right. But then we get to tonight's order. They delivered my order and were friendly and everything. Start passing out food to the family and they forgot a bag of chips and a sub. That sucks, now everyone gets to eat but one person who is stuck watching everyone eat. I call and explain the mix up and what we are missing. I'm apologized to and told a driver will get it out to us. Ok I can make do with that. Fast forward 30 minutes later. Still no sub and chips, so I call them back and am told they got 6 more deliveries along with our mix up and it's all out for delivery. Fast forward another 45 minutes and our missing food FINALLY arrives only to find they have given us the right sub but the wrong flavor of chips. Seriously, I told you over the phone what was missing. Even more so, I understand you got 6 more deliveries, BUT it's not our fault you guys messed up. Why are we forced to wait last when we ordered before all those people and you guys dropped the ball. Super annoyed over the whole situation and honestly may reconsider before ordering delivery from here ever again. Good luck to anybody who plans to order delivery and be prepared that even the fix for the screw up will likely be screwed up.

Service was slow and terrible for lunch, no French bread, sandwiches were all soaked in mustard absolutely terrible I’ll stick with subway and jimmy johns

I ordered at 10:25pm tonight and got an emailed receipt of my order scheduled for 11:03 pm , its currently 11:43 pm and I have not received a phone call or email as to the problem. For someone who orders here frequently for work and my residency I will no longer be giving money to support this establishment, its completely unacceptable the lack of communication and just not even showing up, if I could leave a zero star I would. ( Update ) they never showed up last night and haven't called today to explain , unprofessional and not worth my money , my company's money or my extended families money .

Poor service. First time eating here and I ordered a combo. They gave me a drink and I payed.nnAfter I figured out I could actually get soup or chips with my meal I asked if I could get soup but they wanted to fully charge me for the soup after I just payed 3.50$ for a medium drink. I even explained that the previous employee didn’t even ask me if I wanted soup or chips. I just got ripped off
