Best gym in town for Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts. I can say that after spending numerous years are the top 2 HQ clubs in the valley. Andrew is patient, kind, and skilled. Spencer will help your kids to develop confidence, strength, and respectful attitudes. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.
Best gym/community in the Fox Valley area to be if you want the best coaching in any of the martial arts that they offer.nnThe people are positive and fun to be around and train with and I’ve never left feeling like I am not getting my money’s worth.nnIncredible place, positive people, highly skilled professional coaches....whats not to love?!
This is an awesome gym with awesome people! I've enjoyed it here since the first day I walked in the door. The coaches are great and truly care about their members and treat everyone with respect regardless of their goal . I would reccomend this gym to anyone looking to meet great people, get in shape, learn valuable life skills, and just become a better version of themself!

After seeing the inside of multiple MMA facilities, it's very obvious that these guys have the knowledge to train you to get wherever you want to get. Awesome people too. Judgement free, family friendly, etc. Overall highly recommend
