I absolutely LOVE training here. Everyone is very friendly. Very family friendly environment. Great place to make new friends. Coach Jesse explains different techniques in a way that is easy to understand. If I have questions or need help Jesse and the other coaches are always willing to help me. Very diverse team with different backgrounds and experience. Everyone is willing to help eachother and learn from eachother. I've recommended this place to my family and friends. I can't say enough positive things about this place.
One of the best gyms in the Midwest! Very knowledgeable and dedicated instructors in a friendly and welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a new gym or thinking about trying jiu-jitsu, this is the place to go! You won’t find a better deal on jiu-jitsu anywhere.

Great training for all ages. Always a very upbeat and positive atmosphere. My son and I both train here and couldn’t imagine being on any other mat. Coaches are world class!
Great place to learn self defense or regular Jiu-Jitsu, or both at an extremely affordable price. The instructors are highly trained black belts and encourage an atmosphere of friendly competition and training. Everyone here wants everyone to train hard and succeed.
