This place is great! Was just in town for work and stopped in for some training. Great instruction. Both classes I went to were well organized and techniques were explained really clearly. I immediately was able to use some of the half guard passes we worked on!nnCan't say enough about how welcoming everyone was. Immediately felt at home. This is a place where everyone has fun, but still takes grappling very seriously. The best!
This is a great place to learn BJJ! I had tons of fun my first day and can’t wait to go back, the mats are also very clean and well kept. Highly recommend this school to anyone wanted to jump into BJJ!

Been training here for about 6 weeks now and I couldn’t be happier I love this gym and the team is so great. The coaches are wonderful and very knowledgeable everyone is so welcoming and warm. Great group of people and excellent team I enjoy coming here and more then proud to call this my official home gym I definitely plan on continually come train here. Five star review from me for sure.
FVGC has a supportive team atmosphere and culture where everyone is working to improve themselves. There are 3 black belts under one roof and always new technique to learn. Add to that the excellent striking, nogi, Judo/Wresting, and Ginastica Natural fitness classes. There is something for everyone at every stage of their progression or comfort level. I've been a member for over 3 years now, and joining up was one of the best investments I've made in myself.
