Sandi and Lauren each have very high standards in their undertakings. When it comes to yoga their training, practice, instruction, and ongoing study are taken very seriously. If you’re lucky enough to practice yoga with them, you are learning and practicing from people who value their craft and your best interest. Namaste.

Welcoming, peaceful, friendly, intense, and FUN are just a few words to describe this amazing studio. The instructors don't make you feel like you aren't good enough, the remind you how strong you are and that every human has limitations. They push you to grow in the best way you can as an individual and they celebrate your amazing success and accomplishments every step of the way. I'm beyond blessed that Grace Under Fire is my yoga home.
Absolutely love this yoga studio! Lauren and Sandi are wonderful yoga instructors. I have learned so much about my practice from them. I also appreciate the variety they bring to each class. I started practicing more regularly at the end of December and they have become a part of my weekly routine since then. They are always so welcoming, no matter your experience level. Plus, the studio is beautiful and the perfect size and they take full advantage of their beautiful location.
