We had an extremely urgent electrical issue- smoke coming out from behind the baseboard due to a short. This team responded immediately! We had a problem with our old house when we tried to install a dishwasher. Mike sent out a crew right a way, got it done fast and the work was outstanding. Very reasonable. We will use no one else from now on!

My husband and I bought a house 2 years ago and had Triumph Electric come out to give us an estimate for replacing our Electric Panel. Mike came out to our home and we were quoted a price and told him we would contact them once we got our Taxes back. 2 months later, we called and left a message for Mike to schedule an appointment to have the work done. No response. Needless to say, other home issues came up in which we were unable to get the Electric Panel replaced that year. With last years tax return, we were determined to get the panel updated. Left another message with Mike to schedule an appointment for the work. Once again, no response. I called the main office and spoke with the Mike's wife, Mary, and I told her the issue and she apologized and said she would have Mike call us ASAP to schedule an appointment. No response.nnWe gave them plenty of time and chances to get our business. I prefer to support family owned businesses, but this experience left me very disenchanted. Not satisfied at all with their service, or lack thereof.
