I realize it's one of their busiest days, I ordered ahead with the app and had to keep checking in while others were being waited on and getting their drinks. Two employees were taking rather than helping others that were very busy. They also didn't give me the free cup so I had to ask. When I got to my car I took the lid off and my cup was only 3/4 full, no whooped cream, no chocolate shavings, and it wasn't even hot. Really disappointed, I love the peppermint mocha this time of year.
I don't typically expect a chain stop like Starbucks to offer a personal touch to their service. High volume with a quick turnover is the norm for most; I was lucky to have come to this Starbucks at the right time. This site has an extraordinary employee who provided that personal service in a friendly and professional manner. Christine was knowledgeable on the food items to aid me in my choice for a low calorie lunch. Despite having a long drive through lane, she did not make me feel rushed. Her recommendation on a coffee choice has given me a new favorite and a reason to come back to this site.
Waited 20+ minutes to advance 3 cars. Still haven't ordered. Guessing it'll be 40 minutes before we get coffee. Urgency and quick service at all time lows here. Do not recommend.
This location has faster service than other locations. I prefer this one to other places when I get coffee with my mom.
