No contract club great for working travelers, affordable monthly rate, tons of good newer equipment. Very happy with this club! And the owner is a badass!

I love this gym! Buena Health and Fitness Center is my home away from home for working out when I'm in Sierra Vista visiting family. Hank and Danny have created a relaxed, welcoming environment for exercise. I discovered this place when looking for Silver Sneakers programs for my mother — Buena Health and Fitness has an extensive class schedule of exercise options for seniors. They have lots of other offerings for all ages, even hot yoga! If you're looking for an unpretentious place for healthy exercise, you can't go wrong with Buena Health and Fitness.

Hank diaz had devoted his life to helping many.He has molded people into health some have walked away with trophies.Some have walked away with more pride in themselves than they had before entering the old international fitness he had or buena fitness today.Thank you hank for all your knowledge i will pass it on like other knowledge from older fitness experts.Sincerly Mr.Of many shows.

My situation was resolved and I got refunded. It's been a year since I've used this gym and I think they're trying to modernize more. I think it's a decent gym and it isn't very expensive, they throw in boxing instruction along with some free equipment. One thing I thought was silly was somebody wrecked the bathroom so they just closed it for everyone. I think they made it so you need a key for the bathroom. I think that maybe shows you the budget of the gym. I think it would be renovating an area for lockers and a full size bathroom, with cctv near the entrance. When there's more traffic in a locker/bathroom area I think somebody would also be less likely to get away with vandalism as well. It was a decent gym when I was around and I hope they continue to improve.

I’m currently in the military and was sent on an extended stay in Sierra Vista. Buena Health Fitness Center is an amazing fitness center that catered to all my needs and those of my fellow soldiers for months on end. We achieved new levels of fitness in a warm environment with clean equipment and very warm and helpful staff. I even had the pleasure of working alongside a trainer LynRae M. that was available to help me correct my form. 100% recommend this place to all.
