First time CrossFit member and I have never been more motivated to go to a gym! The sense of community between everyone (coaches and members) is like nothing I have ever seen. Coaches are very knowledgeable and will always scale the workouts to meet every individuals need. The workouts are programmed in a way that you can easily see/feel your progress. I recommend this gym to anyone, any age, any fitness level.
I haven’t felt at home at any fitness facility in a very long time. They are patient enough to show you detailed movements all while accommodating for the rest of the class. Everyone is always in a good mood and the workouts are always fun. If I could give this place a 10/10 I would. Love CrossFit Sierra Vista!
CrossFit Sierra Vista will work with any person, where they're at, and help them to improve. It's a positive atmosphere, with classes full of people at all different levels of fitness and capability. Make no mistake.. It's a challenge, but the good kind, and investment in yourself worth making.
What a great gym! Dropped in for thanksgiving week. Great welcoming crew and tough workouts. Coach Rob (Doc) is clear and knowledgeable. He gave me some tips on my clean that really helped.
I have been going to this AWESOME gym for over 3 months and I have seen an awesome change in my physical performance. They have a great thing going with an amazing staff. I recommend anyone, at any level try out CrossFit Sierra Vista.💪🏾🤸🏽♀️🏋🏽♀️
