Restaurants closed - Rude Barista. After three hours of driving this morning, my wife and I entered this store looking forward to using the restroom and getting a good cup of coffee. I had my mask around my neck and was talking to my wife as we walked in the store and I forgot to pull it up. We were the only customers in the store. Instead of politely reminding me to pull up my mask, one of the employees loudly reprimanded me from across the store. Her tone would have been appropriate if I had been say, brandishing a weapon or getting in to the cash register. I was speaking with her colleague from about 10 feet away; either of them could have reminded me without raising their voice since we were the only ones in the place to include the driveway. I gave two stars instead of one granting a small benefit of doubt - Maybe she also really needed to go to the bathroom.

Customer service was great! Drinks were tasty and the right precautions are being taken to prevent the spread of disease.

Let me start by saying I have been to this Starbucks a handful of times in the past but today was the most memorable for me. First of all, I love the camera on the screen so you feel like you are talking to the person one on one. It really bridges the gap that Covid has created. Second, when I got to the window the lady at the window (I believe her name was Rachel?), was absolutely amazing! So friendly and courteous! Made for an amazing start to my day. This is also when I met Cam, the amazing man who took my order, his job didn't stop after taking my order. This amazing man I could kiss! He actually complimented me on my hair matching my sunglasses. First time getting a compliment at a drive thru. These 2 definitely sealed the deal on me coming back to this Starbucks and is now the standard I will hold all others. Oh, and the drink was absolutely delicious so bonus points. Thank you Cam and Rachel for starting off my day with a little happiness.

I've stopped here about 6 different times hoping things would get better. They are always out of something. Two days ago I stopped at roughly one pm, watched the Person in front of me order. Went to place my order and there was nobody answering. Pulled up to the window thinking there was something off with the system, just to watch a worker tape up a sign that they were closed for the day. I'm sick of this.
