Not bad of a gym for a reserve base. Has equipment to workout the whole body.
Open during covid. Way better set up than before.
A clean and complete fitness facility.
Good place to work out and very nice staff; even though the Fitness Center has odd hours, if you are Active Duty and register you can get in to work out 24/7 and that is a real plus. Only down side is outdated equipment.
They don't have a large variety of equipment and the hours are awful. You can get a 24hr pass but even if you do the pool,hottub,sauna, and steam room are still off limits after 7pm during weekdays. 1pm on Saturday! So if you are here for any military reason you probably just won't be able to use them.
