My kids loved it here. I never had to worry when I left them, and they always came home happy. Wish we were still in the area as exceptional childcare is hard to find!
Worked for Childtime under Ms. Jena and Ms. Fran.
It was honestly a great experience having them as management. They go above and beyond for their staff and the families. They are very understanding patient and loving with everyone they meet. You can tell just by seeing their actions that they love and are passionate about what they do. I am grateful that I was able to have the opportunity to work with them while in Sierra Vista. If I ever had to go back to Arizona I would hope to work with them again. I also had the opportunity to work with some amazing coworkers. Miss Elsa in the infant room is awesome patient understanding and absolutely loves the children and their families. Jennifer in pre-k is also great and loving and excellent at what she does. Miss Alex in 1’s loves her class has the best way of organizing her room and understands and meet the needs of all her children. Ms. Karina in 2’s is excellent with the children and also often lends a hand in other age groups. I also had the chance to work with Miss Sylvia in preschool and not only is she organize and able to handle a large class on her own but she’s also very educated and has a lot of experience in that field. I did not have a chance to work with many of the other staff but I know that they are all great and have the best supervisors to lead them when needed.
Very caring and helpful childcare. My son has told me every day that he has been there that he had a great day. The staff is very kind and informative if there is any situation that calls for the parents attention. Ms. Maritza was only attached to the Sierra Vista branch for a few weeks but was very dedicated to learning all the families names and was as helpful as she could be with any questions that I had.

We had both of our daughters here (one in the infant room, the other in the twos). All the employees were fabulous and I loved the activities for the kids. As to one review, yes my kids came home with dirty clothes from time to time, but they're kids. We play hard and get clothes dirty at home, it means my kids are learning and having fun. Ms Dionne and Andi in the infant room should make any parent nervous about dropping off their baby feel at ease. I was sad to pull our infant out from their care. My toddler LOVED going to 'school' and was proud to show me her artwork and tell me what she did that day. I know how hard it is to put your trust in someone else to watch your children, but I really feel like having teachers and a director that are easy to communicate with (as it was here) help tremendously. Putting in our two weeks notice was hard because I saw pictures of the girls during the day that the teachers would send me and saw milestone sheets, etc they charted which showed me how much they cared about my babies! Thank you Childtime staff.
