Great place when I really needed it. Staff were kind understanding and lenient. Acknowledged my needs and really gave me the information I needed. Also kept me informed as a consumer when changes came up or if I didn’t know I could request a letter and they also provided me with it so I could stay informed as a consumer. Excellent service so far! Website was simple to use and signed up for a storage unit in minutes. Received welcome phone call the following morning and went to facility later that day. Manager Kyle was extremely helpful, friendly, and understanding. Moving can be quite stressful! Facility seemed safe, clean, and in good condition. Definitely will recommend!
A very dedicated and courteous staff that is responsive to questions and issues. I reported a problem with an overhead door and it was fixed in a day. Impressive. Facilities are kept immaculate. While having a storage locker is a mirror that tells us we have too much stuff, Storage Master makes it much less painful.
