Chubbys Cheesesteaks West Milwaukee

Don't sleep on this restaurant. They have an incredible selection of foods to choose from and everything I have tasted is fresh and delicious. This time I got the chicken salad and I don't think I'll buy a salad anywhere else again. Fresh ingredients chopped and tossed to perfection. The grilled chicken is plentiful and absolutely mouth watering. The workers are also incredibly friendly and efficient in their work. Soo... what are you waiting for, stop their, check it out and tell me what you think. *Update* I just tried the Famous Shake and if you love peanut butter, chocolate and banana this shake is off the charts delicious.

3 different people took my order. I asked if they deliver to specific address. Next person I spoke to after being put on hold asked if it’s for delivery or carry out. I said I just gave you the address and asked if you deliver here.nnThen I said Buffalo chicken cheese steak. She said grilled or breaded. (First red flag) I said the same chicken that always comes on the SUB bread. She said okay.nnFood gets here and it’s the wrong order. I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich on hamburger bun with lettuce and tomato. Oh and a Pepsi bottle after I ask for fountain. The store said (after I call to complain) they only deliver bottles. I said there you go proof that someone didn’t know what they are doing because why ask me fountain or bottle??nnDeedee asked me if I confirmed the order. I said yes even said sub bread. She said if you confirmed the order how is it wrong? I said cause it’s obviously not a sub! She said well the driver is busy with other deliveries and won’t be coming back tonight but I’ll get your info and give you store credit.nnExcuse me but you guys messed the order and now won’t even make it right? But just throw money or credit at it and not even apologize? Never ordering here again. And tomorrow I will get my store credit and before leaving the store throw it right in the garbage on the way out for them to see the quality of their service.

This place has really gone downhill!!! Long time customer here. So , I ordered food for everyone at the house. The only thing I ordered for myself was a cheeseburger with no onions. I even added in the notes please no onions. When my fiance came back with the food the first thing I smelled was onions. I figured it was just a slip up so we immediately called so maybe they can make me a new one . Well the customer is not always right at this place... The employee that answered the phone was extremely rude said that there was nothing she could do that. Said that she did not see the note on her end. This was completely disrespectful and totally unprofessional. she said the manager would call will be have not heard from anyone since... I will never waste my heart or money on this place again!!! What a terrible night!!!

Got home, was missing an order of fries. I ordered an Italian Beef with pepper jack cheese, the cheese was not melted and the meat and sandwich was dry no sauce on the sandwich or on the side. Extremely disappointed as my first experience there was good.

Thier menu to large, this is a sign of restaurant that does not make quality good item.
