Since joining BRX Performance our daughter has had an exceptional experience with both the coaching staff and programs. She commutes about an hour to get here and is well worth the travel and expense. I have seen great improvement in her performance and rehab of an old injury. Highly recommend this program and facility. My son has been a pitcher and catcher in youth travel baseball. There were many weekends where he had to do both, and the reps often left him sore, needing multiple days of rest. Over winter, we leveraged BRX to create a program to focus on arm and shoulder strength and health. OUTSTANDING results. Highly recommended.

Evan loves the workouts and feels he has really gained strength and speed at BRX over his first 3 months. Coaches provide individual attention and customized workouts. He looks forward to continuing his workouts to see where it takes him. Has really enjoyed working with all the coaches.

My son Stevie’s ongoing elbow pain is gone thanks to BRX pointing out that his deceleration muscles were weak. The two months he’s worked on your target program to strengthen the correct muscles has been spot on. No more pain and his throwing velocity has improved a ton. Also, his friends can’t believe how fast he’s become. Thanks for everything BRX!!!

Overall we been very pleased with the Staff at BRX and how they are personally working with our son. He enjoys the 1:1 experience with the knowledgeable staff. This is the first time our son has taken on an interest in his strength and conditioning and we attribute that to the staff at BRX.
