Commuted across the country and never had a concern at all regarding the truck. Just a FYI they are regulated to a peak speed of 75 mph/vs. The competition peaking at 55 mph. This allowed. E to make great time on the road and also not concern myself with getting a ticket. Amazing experience!

Needed service on a truck Fast service friendly people would highly recommend
I first made a reservation with uhaul in Milwaukee off of 1500 1st Street. I really didn’t think there would be an issue due to me using an online system and paying 24 hours in advance. The end result with uhaul was me having to seek an attorney to get harassment to stop as well as to get them to refund my money.nAs of right now, uhaul still have my money for non rendered services.nnThis is exactly why Penske is the best transportation company in the country. While dealing with U-Haul‘s egregious gross negligence and aggressive behavior, the Penske off of Carmen Ave was nothing short of perfect. One five minute phone call took care of everything that I needed. In addition to not being cussed out for giving them money like I was a U-Haul I was greeted pleasantly. They gave me the education and information I needed to make my trip.nnEven when I returned the truck I followed up with the store a day later and they were able to get me an itemized receipt within another five minute or less phone call.nnThank you for this!
