The experience was pretty simple and glad it worked out that way. I’d recommend storage master to others.nnOne piece I’d ask for improvement on is an attendant that has more knowledge in the moving and storage experience. The moving experience is often stressful and filled with many questions (how much space do I need? Is there a suggested way to pack the storage room with house furniture? Etc).
This was a very clean and orderly facility. Got a feeling of safety and professionalism from the time I walked in the office. Great location!
My only regret I have with Storage Masters is the that I only found out about them is a week ago. A family friend used them a week ago. It’s amazing the professionalism in the way they treat the customer. The perks are awesome. If you need storage and a truck this is the place I’m still talking to family and friends about my experience, there’s no storage business like them and I have used others over the years. The price can’t be beat. If you want great service , great price this is the place. HattiePatterson
Such a painless place to rent from. When I needed the free truck rental, all the paperwork was already filled out. All I needed to do was sign in three spots, show my driver's license and give them proof of insurance and I was on my way. Very happy with the way things are done there.
Very impressed with service so far - clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, and easy in/out moving things into storage.
