I needed to replace two utility trailer tires. I brought the new and old tires to them for mounting and balancing. The service was excellent, but I think the price was very high. I paid $50.00 to have two tires mounted and balanced. I'm no expert, but having observed this procedure many times in my life, paying $25.00 per tire for a procedure that takes about 15 or 20 minutes for each tire seems excessive. Additionally, the receipt did not provide a break down regarding the labor and parts (valve stem, balance weights, etc.). It was just one lump sum.
After having a trailer tire fly apart, limped in to Wallmart looking for a spare with no luck. Found Shannons by accident and in around 15 minutes they jacked up the boat, mounted, balanced and installed 2 new tires and sent us on our way. Literally saved the day!
Very helpful and very reasonable
After 2 other garages damaged our vehicle, Shannon’s got the work done as soon as possible at a very reasonable price. Will be the only place we trust in this town.
I have known. And bought from Shannon for over 15 years. One of the best mechanics and all of Benson.
