Under no circumstances should you spend money here. My car broke down a mile away and after getting it towed there, I thought the car was going to be worked on. Especially since on Google they're 24 hours. I was told that they're not (after they towed) and they wouldn't even help me tow it into an adjacent lot as I was thinking of getting it towed again to a place that's actually not afraid of doing work. The owner told me he wouldn't look at it because rigs along the way are paying him $350 an hour, AFTER my car was towed there. My girlfriend tried to get the car to the lot herself and almost died because the car stalled and she got caught in the door. Owner did not offer to help. After we got the car towards the diner, we noticed maintenance still being done. So they either lied about their hours on Google or to my face. THIS BUSINESS IS AFRAID OF WORK AND YOU'RE BETTER OFF SPENDING MONEY AT THE NICE DINER NEXT DOOR. AND IF ANYONE FROM THAT BUSINESS WANTS TO DISPUTE THIS I HAVE EVIDENCE. DO. NOT. GO. THERE. EVER.

These guys went above and beyond for us in towing and repairing our motorhome. They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and allowed us to “moochdock” in their repair shop parking lot until the parts came in to fix us up. Adam was very professional, helpful and is also a veteran (thanks for your service Adam)! Thanks so much for getting us back on the road!

Serpantine belt broke 10 miles outside town. Being a non-resident of Benson, I was extra leery about how this would play out, but Big Dave managed to juggle his workload to accommodate me quickly. I was in and out within 1-1/2 hours and it cost only slightly more than what the tow company charged. Every situation is unique, but based on mine, I'd recommend Big Dave's service without reservation.

"Big Dave's Auto is a sham. If you expect honesty and quality service as I did I would strongly advise you take your vehicle elsewhere. These "mechanics" are unfortunately taking advantage of the unknowing, good citizens of this community."
