Mane was getting long, booked a last minute appointment with Nicolette. Fun, great conversation. Happy with the cut, especially since I didn't know what the heck I wanted when I walked in.

Very discombobulated. Due to COVID guidelines, I was instructed to wait in my car until I receive a call from men's hair house telling me I can come inside. I waited in my car for half an hour and then finally gave them a call, asking how much longer I will need to wait. They said I had to call them letting them know I am there. I told them I did not receive any instructions to call them and inform them I am in the parking lot waiting. The lady on the other end simply sighed out of frustration and asked if I would like to reschedule. I said no. I thought I would give this new, local business a try and help them out in these tough times...bad mistake. To add, the prices are a tad high for a haircut. So sad to see how difficult it is to even get a haircut these days.
