The instructor group is excellent. There is individualized help. The movements can be modified for each student. A great place to be!
I have been a student of Jane’s for 4 years. Pilates has totally changed the way my body moves as well as recovers if I am not feeling 100%. The core strength that I have built has helped with my posture as well as back and hip strain I have experienced in the past . Each lesson is individualized to each student and their strengths or injuries. Pilates is a peaceful way to stretch, strengthen and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. Jane, Anna and Nicole share a passion and I am thankful to have such dedicated and trained professionals in the original Joseph Pilates method to maintain my optimum health.
Excellent lesson tonight with Jane. All of the teachers at this studio are outstanding.
