We have several family members buried at Mt Calvary. On this Memorial day my dad visited our family and found the grounds to be appalling. Ground maintenance is included in the cost of the plot amd frankly it has been a mess. Grass uncut and when it is cut, the excess grass is covering the head stones making them hard to find. I am very disappointed and so is my father. I hope this gets cleared up.

I wished I had not in person, discovered a first name misspelled on this entity's paperwork. There is no more futile an effort than bringing an error to the attention of employees. May their stones not be on my decided departure's COUNSEL'S ENVIRONMENTAL HEAD DUE TO THE REMAINING RESPECT FOR CATHOLICS DWINDLING.

My son is there. Every time I go there the grass is never cut. What the he'll don't they cut it. But other places there it is.

I have a daughter buried there. Her Dad failed to ever sign her birth certificate. But the funeral home and the cemetery allowed him to make decision's base on the fact she carried his last name. At her funeral the grave site had collapsed and it was moved up away from her burial site. Second after I had paid for her funeral and burial. Her Dad took it upon himself that he wanted to be buried on top of her. My daughter and i had picked out her headstone and paid for it. He changed it when we left and added his name on it. Almost five years I had yet to receive the burial certificate. It's going to cost me to remove him from the head stone and I will not allow him to be buried in top of her. He's part of the reason she died. I had to threaten to get a lawyer. Now I have to spend money I don't have and time to get this issue corrected. Even though the office manager assured me that it takes my signature to reopen the grave site. They have yet tried to help my resolve this matter. If I could I would have her removed from this cemetery to another one. I've also had the same issues with damage to the case for flowers or leaving stuff on her headstone with out it being thrown away.. Update: In January her father died from a brain aneurysm. I'm not sure if he had told them that they can't open up the grave site without my signature. And I was correct. Once I was told they took him off life support I contacted both the funeral home and the cemetery. To inform them he had passed. And that this issue was with him and I. His family and mine have already been thru so much grief. That I would come in a sign the paperwork they would need to lay him at rest on her grave. No this is not what I wanted or my family. However I wanted Peace!! And I now have the chance to have Peace. I did the right thing. God will bring me Peace. Knowing why I felt they way I did and knowing why I felt I had to regardless of my pain. God Bless
