Horrible customer service I walked to to pick up my order and get screamed at by the employees to get out..... subs are very under proportioned and very sloppy what lil ingredients they did use wasnt even in the hard bread but Instead laying mostly in the wrapper never again will i be going to this jjs

Found a dark hair about 2 inches in my sandwich. Promptly tossed the whole thing... so disgusting. The only saving grace is that I found it in my sandwich before having to fish it out of my mouth... cringe.

If I could give zero stars I would! The app says having issues to call store for online orders. I call and for ten minutes no one answers! And the wed site and google all say they are open till midnight!! Very inconvenient and now have to order elsewhere. If they aren’t taking orders or closed it should say that!!

My delivery driver was amazing! However I wish when I ordered at one jimmy John's, they wouldn't send it to another. I didn't order from this one on Brady for a reason. They are rude, there's always something missing, and they love to skimp on extras. I've paid for extra guac multiple times and never get it unless I buy it on the side. And even then they cant be bothered to fill the whole deli cup I paid for. This time they couldnt even put the correct amount of meat on my sub. Might stop ordering from jimmy John's altogether if my order's just going to be routed here.

Worse than the one on Oakland in every way. They're very skimpy on meat and toppings. The bread is noticeably older and almost stale. I'm hungry after eating at this location but not hungry afterwards when I get from Oakland.nnI'm forced to get delivery from this address which is the only reason I'm ever eating from this location.
