Very disappointed, I will no longer be ordering from this location. In the past I had never had a problem with this location. I placed an order through the app for delivery. I got a call from that the driver that he was outside the apartment. I told him I would be down in a bit. It takes me no longer than 1 minute to come down. By the time I reach the entrance there is no delivery man and no pizza. I go out of the building and there is no one. I wait for a few minutes and nothing. I call the store to figure out what happened and am told that the driver had left the order on the bench because according to him I had told him to leave it there, when there is NO bench in my apartment and I had not told the driver anything other then I would be down in a minute. Then the manager Michael proceeds to pretend that he could no hear me and the call was cutting when in reality it was not and he was faking it. He ultimately offered in a rude manner to remake our order. I ultimately decide to call back and request a refund. On both ocasiones the customer service was horrible. I am extremely disappointed with this location. Do not recommend it.

Went in to pick up an order and a girl in the kitchen had her mask down. She saw me looking at her and proceeded to go on her phone. Then another girl came back from a delivery and as soon as she got to the kitchen she pulled her mask down too! Not sure where the management is but this is exactly why cases are spreading in Wisconsin. You’re preparing and handling people’s food. Do better.

Legends. They perfected my custom order, to a T, on a Friday night at 12:30, and it was exactly on time with the tracker. Food was crafted generously and with care. Great job Michael

Good pizza, but app is usually wrong with delivery time. It says the pizza is delivered 10 minutes before driver gets there. It is an app issue because the driver once showed me that they had not cleared out that delivery yet or marked it as “delivered”, they apologized and told me they would let their GM know that this issue was happening when the drivers take two or more deliveries at one time.
