Prenatal yoga at MMW has been an excellent experience during pregnancy. It's a no judgement zone, and Jennifer always encorporates her physical therapy skills into the practice. I've felt very supported throughout my pregnancy and highly recommend!!

I saw Dr. Jennifer Lavin for physical therapy for my knee. She was thorough and clearly explained all my options and treatment. After treatment my knee is greatly improved and I would highly recommend Dr. Lavin for physical therapy.

I have been seeing Dr. Lavin for a chronic hip condition that has prevented me from running and enjoying the workouts that I love. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and the especially the pelvis and pelvic floor. I have seen numerous other doctors for this same condition and nothing has brought me lasting relief except treatment from her. She is amazing!

I just took my first reformer class with the incredible Jen Lavin. It was my first class but she took me through each stretch and exercise with care and helped me understand how each move benefitted my body and flexibility. The class ended with an incredible shavasana with cold river rocks in my palms to cool me down and lavender massage oil to relax my busy brain. Jen is extremely knowledgeable at what she does and cares deeply about her students/clients. I will come back soon!

We took a Pilates class using the Reformers and was surprised at how well it gave you a workout... And it was hella fun too! Jen led us through several moves and has very knowledgeable on what area was being worked on. Overall I sweated more then I do when I do yoga so I knew this was giving me a better workout. Jen was very friendly and receptive to answering any questions. I'm looking forward to taking more classes in the future with Jen.
