Dropped in this place when traveling and had a great atmosphere and very welcoming. I have been doing CrossFit for 10+ years now and have seen good gyms and bad gyms. This is definitely one of the good ones. Check them out!!
I tried another gym in the surrounding MKE area and it was not very friendly. 414 has a great atmosphere and coaches. Everyone is friendly but they still push you to be better. My only regret was not coming to 414 sooner.
If you need help with getting on track with nutrition (and being held accountable), I recommend the coaching staff here! Straight to the point coaching.
They work to actively scale things for you instead of waiting for you to ask for help or just die.
A very professional and personable environment. The extremely knowledgeable trainers make the workout absolutely worth it. I would recommend this place to everyone who’s interested in intense and valuable workouts.
