I am so grateful to have found Urban Om! I have been to many studios in the area but the fun and challenging classes at this one captured me from the beginning! The instructors, studio spaces, and community are all beautiful and welcoming. It's a joyful place to practice. Come join us!
I've moved around quite a bit and have been to so many yoga studios and am so happy that I found Urban Om! I love the creativity of the instructors and it's great to be a part of the wonderful community that has grown around the studio. Urban Om is welcoming to all and offers a variety of classes, from classes for beginners to more challenging flows.
Urban Om is my happy place-I go to class to clear my head, to laugh and have fun, to contemplate hard decisions, and everything in between. My two favorite classes are the 6 am alignment flow (so worth it if you can wake up in time) and the evening Yin classes. Highly recommend to anyone from a novice yogi to advanced practitioners!
