First Tombstone, AZ Black cowboy hat - I walked into this store on a Thursday during Covid 19 . As soon as I walked in I knew what I wanted (since a kid) a tombstone cowboy hat. The owners were very helpful and kind. The went to the back of the store to get me the right size. I ended up buying two cowboy hats ( white & black) I would recommend this store to anyone visiting tombstone that would like to feel the western vibe and want great customer service. I will be back!
They have alot of interesting stuff, but the staff is surly. I was browsing around and the lady asks in an annoyed tone, “Can I help you?” It was a “why are you here?” tone. I turned to her and told her I was just looking. She stares off without looking and me and wears a scowl. The message I got was “Get in, buy something, get out and let me get back to sitting on the porch.” So I left.
This is the place to go for your period-correct clothing needs in Southeastern Arizona. Lower prices than on the net, quality products, with helpful, friendly staff. I was able to find everything that I needed to put together a complete ensemble several times.
Friendly staff. Jon was excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the town and helpful in the store.
