They never sent me a statement for Nov., so I called asking when in Nov. it was due, and was informed "3 days ago". Then they applied a penalty of $4.29 for being late!. I sent them a letter with my payment, asking for a refund of my $4.29. They ignored my letter and sent me a statement...now they won't answer the phone. Worthless office.

They fixed the issue very good job iche leben people who listen and fix things I knew my home wasent a trailer it took time but you cant stop time eventually time runs into a dead end of matter of fixation proclamation.Thank you phillip for listening sincerely Mr.Arizona Copper Classic 2nd as a light weight in middle weight division.

Absolutely the worst. Did not receive Tax bills , requested tax bills and they stated we cannot send out duplicate tax bills because it is too time consuming. This is obviously at least the second year I did not get a tax bill on 53 parcels I own , as they just sent me 53 postcards for 2017 delinquent. Taxes. For everyone of those 53 parcels I did NOT receive any tax bills I received tax bills for 21 other parcels which I paid. Cochise County Treasurer stated they are NOT required to send out tax bills. Really!!! Haven't had this problem with Navajo, Mohave, or Coconino... Very RUDE and UNHELPFUL.

Great customer service! I live out of state and had to pay property taxes. Did all my business by email with them in less than 30min! AMAZING!
