Got here the nite before my appt parked in the door. Folks came out they were pretty nice had me open up and slide tandums. Got me unloaded in about 1.5 hours. No complaints.
Absolutely some of the poorest customer service iv ever seen in my life..called an called Kevin the salesman an wont return calls...just rediclious
I bought an existing home last Feb and have tried for months to find missing threshold screw cap covers to prevent water, dirt and salt from eroding the threshold wood. I contacted Western Building Products who made my door and in less than 24 hours they are sending me two covers. Thanks Garrett! One less homeowner chore to take care of.
