Ebony has amazing customer service she goes up and beyond her job description she explained everything in detail you can tell that she is Knowledgeable about her property she is a true asset to the company and if you need good customer service and courtesy and a smiling face come to this location to rent it’s very clean and well taken care of you will not be disappointed

My brother rented a storage unit at the location @6676 west Appleton Ave. When he moved out the associate was showing another unit and told him he was good to go. Then he gets a letter from a collection agency for unpaid rent of a unit he moved out of. The associate failed to do her part and take care of the customer. Would definitely not recommend this location.
Oh my God where do I start Miss Ebony is a wonderful magnificent phenomenal woman she was more than a customer service rep she was more like a mentor a listening ear a person of god nothing but positive and vibes I thank god for her thanks for the Excellent service
