Absolutely do not waste your time or money with Superior Services LLC. Here’s why:nn1. Darrin’s lack of communication. The only good thing about our experience with Superior Services LLC was that Darrin came for a free consultation and ordered our supplies and had them delivered. Our materials came on 4/8/20. Darrin was supposed to come that day to take down our old fence and put up the posts. He never communicated and finally got back to us the next day. He stated he would come at 8:00am on 4/10/20. He never showed. He said later in the day that he would not be coming and he would come tomorrow. He would not answer calls or texts and had continuous excuses as to why he could not come. He said “you have my word, I’ll be there tomorrow” everyday and to “give me one more chance to prove I care about your business and want to get this project done for you.” He didn’t show up until 4/16/20. That is EIGHT DAYS LATER. Darrin said this would be a two day project. He didn’t even finish putting up all the posts before he left for the day. Darrin said he would be back next day to finish up the project and once again he didn’t communicate. For three days the only communication we got was to say he would be there tomorrow. He never answered our calls or texts and didn’t get back to us until mid-afternoon. He never came back to finish the job and after making more excuses “something came up” we fired him for his breach of contract on 4/19/20 for missing our deadline. He never apologized or contacted us to this day to explain himself.nn2. Darrin didn’t even do the job correctly. We had a new contractor come out on 4/20/20 to take a look at finishing putting up our fence. This contractor stated that Superior Services LLC only put the posts barely 2 feet deep instead of the 4 feet they were supposed to be. These posts were more wobbly than your aunt’s Jello at Thanksgiving. The posts were not put in a straight line and they were not evenly spaced. Now we have to pay our new contractor more money to fix Superior Services’ mistake and have it done properly.
