The costumer service was horrible we come to Bisbee every now and then but this time was horrible we would of bought a lot of there were carts and the cashier was rude we asked for a quarter and she said that she was out when she clearly had some we were very mad I do not recommend 😤🙄😬
The store is messy. I worked at a Family Dollar in Utah and we had it so clean and welcoming, this is not, but that's okay so long as they have what you want. As for the Hispanic checker, she is friendly, so I want to dispute the below comment, although, I do understand the concept. The only real problem I have is getting a worldwide recording who won't let you through to actually TALK TO A PERSON. Call back, WHY BOTHER. Sometimes we would like to ask.questions so we don't waste gas going to a place for.nothing. Family Dollar doesn't put gas in my car. They should answer the phone, maybe give us their private numbers, lol, since as one said, they are on their phones!
Messiest and most disorganized Family Dollar I’ve ever been to. Things were stacked and piled everywhere. No one else was in the store but the cashier was standing at the checkout on her phone. Two times I tried to buy things that she couldn’t “sell to me“ because they were Christmas? The register would not let her sell them to me… I’ve never heard of anything like that in my life. She said that they must have been missed when they were changing seasons, but there was about 30 Christmas things just in the row that I was in. Really Disappointing when I was just stopping in to grab something quick but it took me five minutes to find something I could actually buy.
Nice little dollar store on the Naco highway that has a decent variety of items. The only negative is sometimes waiting in line if there is one register open.
