II have been going to this place for yrs. I like th Variety of classes. Great place to learn yoga and meditation.
HYM Milwaukee is a place to learn or practice the theory and practice of meditation & yoga as taught by Swami Rama. Providing systematic step by step instruction of both physical yoga and meditation, by offering drop-in classes, multi-week mini courses, weekend guest speaker workshops, book club, silent retreats, and more. This is a great place for beginners or accomplished practicioners.
I took a Sunday morning drop in class and loved it. Very nice teacher, smaller environment, and friendly community. Will definitely go again
