James was very prompt, courteous and professional. Both of our projects were repairing structural deterioration, and he did a great job on both. We called him back to make a minor adjustment to our back gate, and he was again very prompt and finished work quickly, and even added a piece of wood to make the repair more visibly pleasing.

Showed up for to evaluate the job but did not follow up. No messages no calls no emails no estimates for the job. Very disappointing.

Highly unprofessional! Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this outfit.nnWe had Mr. “Wil” from Milwaukee Handyman come survey our property for painting the basement and adding a few electrical outlets. As “Wil” left he said “I will get back to you as soon “as today” with a quote” exact words! The problem is that was on the 25th of August and today is 3rd September and still no quote a full ten days.nWe called their business multiple times and never got a call back most probably because it was not a big profitable job.nnThere are other smaller businesses and independent contractors who are struggling to put food the table (who are respectful, needy and have great references) They are easily found on neighborhood app and facebook marketplace, let’s give them a chance.nnFind a business who values you as a customer and avoid Milwaukee Handyman at all cost.
