Received the best service ever today. I usually shop CVS @ 5929 W Lisbon, Milw. but they did not have newly prescribed antibiotic to fight bleeding ulcers. Bella @ Lisbon CVS found the medicine nearby, since I insisted on starting the antibiotics immediately. My doctor did not respond yesterday to requested change in packaging for cheaper & readily available prescription.nnMarissa & Shanise @ 7550 W Perkins Pl. made my day. Their efficiency & professionalism must be recognized. They immediately filled my prescription and proactively ensured I got the appropriate discounts. After a distressing hospitalization, the patient-centered attitude of your employees reassured me that part of our health care system has correct priorities. When I told M&S that I was going to sing their praises, they looked surprised, indicating this is the way they treat all customers. Their cheerful customer-first attitude makes me look forward to returning to their CVS.

The cashier I had was so helpful and nice. There's something weird with my CVS account that makes it hard for me to get my deals, and she took the time to patiently help me. I ended up being able to use all my coupons and deals. It also seems a little bigger and more well stocked than some locations.

I been staining here for an half hour waiting on the manger to open the case for one pair headphones the cashier keeps saying 10 minutes he will be here and never shows never coming here again

Just moved here recently and had to go to 3 pharmacy prior Walgreens on n 35 that was rude and not helpful at all will never go back to them. Yet cvs was more than understanding and went out of there way to help me.. thanx Cvs

Terrible experience every time. It's close, so I go there, but I've always had an issue. Either they are out of the medication or there is some administrative issue that the staff is unable to address, so the patient loses. No regular pharmacist, inconsistencies, poor customer service, and overwhelming slowness. For those that need regular medication and communication between prescriber and pharmacy, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, especially if you take life-essential medications.
