What can I say about this location? As of today, not much at all. I ordered 2 turkey toms, received 1 turkey tom and a bacon and tomato on bread. Oh and while eating the sub I thought was correct, well I thought it tasted weird, and it had pickles on it... not what I ordered either. How do you get this wrong and then to have the staff answering the phone be rude, unprofessional and give attitude. Not even an apology and only provided one when they were called out on their behavior and lack of said apology. Manager was also extremely rude and was extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to find anything wrong with the way staff spoke to a customer at all. Manager only apologized for the mistake after I stated they never even apologized for the mixup in the first place. Very frustrating as there was a set time that I had for lunch and felt delivery from here was the quickest and easiest. The driver who delivered both times was super friendly and apologetic when it wasn't even his fault. Only professional at the restaurant today.

I love this location specifically because they all work fast, and I constantly buy from here. Other jimmy johns have disappointed me with WAY too crunchy bread and lack of mayo packets.

I called and asked for soup 2 times in total the first time I was greeted nicely and was asked how I could be helped and asked if they had soup and they hung up on me? Strange.. so I decided well maybe the call dropped somehow I'll call back and ask again, worst decision I made all day, I was greeted by we are calling the authorities stop calling this number and I was like um okay?? Do you guys have soup tho? And was given a perplexed/sarcastic really?? Were calling the authorities. So now I guess the authorites are after me and I still dont know if jimmy John's has soup. Lol. moral of the story dont go to jimmy John's unless you want the authorites involved for not knowing the menu

Not freaky fast, ordered online 1stborder wasnt made but a second order madev5 minutes later was done. they forgot oregano and where very disorganized this morning 15 min after they opened.
