The worst ordering experience I have ever had. I ordered my pizza online at 12:40 pm I did not recieve it until 2:05. I called once at 1:30 asking where my pizza was and was told it just came out of the oven and was waiting for a driver, should be 10 min. i would be the first one out. 1:40 text stating my driver had just left. Mind you I live about a 5 min drive from the resturant. Called the resturant at 1:48pm was told my driver had just left. I complained that it had been over an hour that my order was placed. The person stated that they would refund my order after I complained. My Pizza finally came at 2:05pm and was a little more than room temperature. The whole time on the phone with the person at the store never once oppologized for taking so long. Very very disappointed with my experience. I have order a larger order before for a football party and never waited this long.

Bad experience tonight!! Called to order pizza at 4:20pm. Was told order would be 19-30minutes. We LITERALLY live less than a mile from store. Driver calls us to tell us he can't find address. My husband asks where he is and gives him directions...mind you driver went to the road ONE BLOCK from our street. We wait, and wait...no pizza. I call back (now 40 minutes has passed) I talk to the driver...who went back to the store instead of delivering our food. I give him directions...again...and we wait.....again...I call back almost 10 minutes later and am told the driver JUST LEFT....um...WHAT??? I tell them we will give him 5 more minutes...now almost an HOUR later I finally call and cancel the order. Wow...well, Pizza Hut gets our money tonight.
