My favorite pizza place

Food was over a half hour late. Fries were soggy

Order hot wings they are just chunks of broken wings. I ordered 24 and maybe a 1/3rd are edible. I threw half of them away. I tried the pizza and called ahead, I still had to wait another 15 minutes when I got there. Took it home and the bottom was completely burnt. Please Don't waste your money

If I could give this place a negative 5000 stars review I totally would. My husband was just released from the hospital after emergency open heart surgery and wanted a much deserved slice of pizza and munchies. Andrea's got the order wrong, didn't cook the eggplant all the way through, and completely lacked customer service when my husband called to have them fix their mistakes. I have been trying to juggle everything and couldn't get back out to pick up what was supposed to be the corrected order that we had to fight for. So they agreed to fix the pizza but not the undercooked eggplant, and deliver it. They got the pizza wrong again and the rude and heartless employee of Andrea's who spoke to my husband said that it's unfortunate that he was in the hospital but they don't care and don't guarantee that your order will be right or edible!?!?!?! What kind of business is this!?!?!?! The second pizza box came delivered crushed. So really, what is truly unfortunate is that I spent $40 on food I had to throw away, because it was disgusting. What is even more unfortunate is that no one at Andrea's gives a damn about word of mouth advertising. My husband's brother said he used to eat there all the time when he lived around here, and now none of us will be eating there ever again. We will also be sharing this experience of some of the most heartless customer disservice we have experienced in a long time.

Do not order the fish. It is the same thickness as their french fries. Dry chicken and cold fries. Last time I ordered there 3/4 of the wings I ordered were broken bones. 3 orders previous to that the pizza was burnt. Definitely not the way they used to be!!!! A filet-o-fish is a better option.
