We appreciate JJ's because of its convenience, but lately its been a hassle and a disappointment.nWe make the order on the app and immediately receive a notification that our order is out for delivery. (Couldn't possibly be true)nThe order takes 30-45 minutes to arrive, consistently. (We live 5 minutes away)nWhen the food arrives its not made to order. Extras are missing, Bread is not taken out of the sub, the sub is not cut in half. Bread is stale/day old.nWhen I enter the store I'm met with an unhappy uninterested hello, which is a stark difference from other locations. I normally wouldn't care enough to write a review, but something is seriously wrong with this location.nnCustomer services has always been a big problem for this location, but lately quality has dropped off a cliff. What a shame, We'll take our business elsewhere.

While making my sandwich the phone rang and the person stopped to answer the phone, wiped his gloved hands on his apron a few times, held the phone that 2 other people had just been using, played with the cord a bit, touched a few other things and then went right back to making my sandwich without changing his gloves. Put his hand flat on the turkey and patted it down and made the rest of the sandwich. Even without a global pandemic going on this wouldn't be acceptable hygiene. Needless to say I asked for a refund, refused the free offers and won't be going back.

Always a great experience. Staff is friendly, order has never been wrong (even when freaky fast), and the food is great. Love this place!

What an absolute joke. $7 for the skimpiest POS roast beef sub I have ever seen in my life. Not only that, but I had to pay extra for the cheese. I never ate at Jimmy Johns before - only ordered from here as this is where my co-workers were going. And I GUARANTEE I will never go to this or any other Jimmy Johns again. Hint to the manager - maybe stay on top of the negative reviews, I only happened upon them as I went to post my review. Leaving them up sure isn't doing your business any favors.
