We had the Steak and Cheese and the Meatball subs. The Steak and Cheese was just good, have had others that were much better but also some that were worse. Would not order it again. The Meatball sub was very good and would definitely order it again.nWe have been to Firehouse subs a few times now and would say one of their weaknesses has always been the bread. Too much like Wonder bread.nFirst time at this location and thought it was just OK. It was cluttered, dirty, and a little disorganized. If you want to see a better run location check out the one on Sunset in Waukesha.

Made a large online order (4 sandwiches, 3 kids meals, and a side item). Food was finished right at the requested time. Food was excellent; all orders exactly as requested. Employee even offered to help me transport the multiple bags and drinks out to my car. Great food and great service. Will definitely return.

I waited over 15 minutes for one sandwich during lunch time and there were no other customers in the store. The staff was joking around and then eventually remembered to make the sandwich. The food was good just very slow service.

First time there. Great customer service. They explained the menu very well. Told us the history of the place. I bought a pickle bucket for charity.

This was my first time there. I was not that impressed. Service was very slow. I got the Jamaican jerk turkey sub. When I saw Jamaican jerk I thought spicy. No spice at all. The sub was okay, nothing special. I was disappointed, because I thought it was going to be hot. I guess I should have asked. Honesty I think Subway is better.
