If you want a fun new way to mix up your workout routine, then Barre is your answer! Low impact, strength building classes with fun instructors and an amazing, uplifting atmosphere. It's the best!
Such a warm, welcoming environment! This place is always clean and comfortable. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, the workouts are fantastic, and the community here is what keeps me coming back for more!
Love this studio! All the instructors are great, fun and uplifting. I definitely feel sore the next day and am noticing how much stronger I'm becoming. One of the better barre classes I've taken and I've been to a few different studios around town.
Great classes and instructors that inspire you and push you without making you feel inadequate. Everything is adjustable for your comfort and skill level.
