I was worried about to many things with our move, but many things were becoming very clear with U-Pack every time I phoned with a question they were right their to help. Our move went Perfect, We loaded the trailer told them we were done they shipped it that night we arrived at our destination 4 days later requested our trailer for the next day. When we were finished unloading 2 Days later we used the phone text to let them know we were done and the next day that brand new looking trailer was gone, yes we have pictures , It turned out to be a worry free move.nThank you U-pack You are awesome

After starting with another incredibly popular portable box storage company, I switched to U-Pack because their policies, as far as insurance and protection of our goods, was far superior. Everyone I talked to, from the booking agent to the pick up agent on the other end, was incredibly helpful, extremely courteous, and very professional. I would highly recommend U-Pack & ABF Freight any time you need to move large items a great distance. The people are second to none and made a stressful life event (moving cross country) a smooth, easy experience. We were able to track our truck the entire time and the U-Pack team in Milwaukee was wonderfully helpful with our delivery and pick up. Truly, they provide great service.

I was incredibly impressed by the service and the level of communication provided by U-Pack — the ability to track the containers put my mind at ease and text notifications and reminders of my next step made the process foolproof. I've previously used Pods, but for a move where I didn't require storage, their pricing was nearly double that of U-Pack and the customer experience at U-Pack was stellar. I'd highly recommend them for your next move!
