My movers could drive right in, unload, cart my furniture, rugs, and art to our 7X10 storage space and finished the job in under estimated time! Super clean, secure, easy to find, and loving how affordable it is. Sheila is awesome too! Thank you!!

Nice service but not happy how hard it is to move our items. Came several days in a row and the unloading bay was packed with cars and we were unable to get in. I had to wait outside in a truck with 3 movers which I was paying for by the hour until people are done loading / unloading vehicles so we could even get inside.nnThe one door to the outside we thought was locked but turned out it was jammed (later we saw it had a note on the inside saying to slam the door shut but is not visible from the outside).nnThen after finally getting into the bay two days in a row only 1 of the 2 overhead doors inside the bay that gets you to the storage lockers worked. It had a note on it saying it did not work along with a cable laying across the walkway that you had to be careful as we found out it will catch the cart as you rolled from your locker causing your items on the cart to fall off.nnI likes the place but found out its not user friendly and seems they dont seem to put much emphasis on basic maintenance.nnWhat it cost me to pay for a moving truck, trailer and 3 guys sitting while waiting to get into the bay easily whiped away the savings I thought I was getting on storage fees compared to what the Uhaul by me wanted for storage.nnHopefully I wont be moving for a while but cant say Id recommend the place which is a shame as it did seem nice when I first signed up but what good is a place that has what seemed to be hundreds of lockers but only 1 door to get in which you must wait to even get to?
