Over the past year, I have been engaged in rehabbing a historic home in Milwaukee. The project was off to a rocky start. The architect and contractor I hired for the job proved to be a huge disappointment. About half way through the project, I met the guys at Blue Ladder Homez and it was a complete game changer. They literally rescued my project and created for me the most beautiful home - literally the home of my dreams. They were always professional and punctual and willing to work with me to bring my vision to life. The quality of their work is outstanding and I am so thankful (so thankful) I found them and they were available to support my project. You cannot go working with these guys! They are amazing.
Great contracting service, timely, organized, very knowledgable about their projects. As a consumer I love to feel like I got more than I paid for and I can honestly say that the quality of their work goes above and beyond every dollar spent. I will be a customer for life. Thanks guys.

Wow. There was no concern for the tenants in the building they are working on. There was garbage left all over the yard. Also the whole walkway to the garbage cans was FULL of debris with nails sticking out... This is great service? Wow
crazy, they are located right in my neighborhood! had a sign out side of a house they were doing work on. I called, David was there in a few days for a quote. week later started working on a bedroom I needed updating on. 2 days later job was done. they were straight to the point didn't try to up sell me anything.. got work done for a reasonable price and quality of work was magnificent. I will be using Blue ladder homez for my next project Thanks Blue ladder homez!
