This store always has what I need, even weird rechargeable batteries in razors, trimmers, cordless phones. The staff is attentive, professional and very polite. It's my go to store for batteries.
Very happy customer. Got my old iPhone battery replaced. Called and they verified my battery was in stock then directed me to book an appointment online to get a $10 coupon. I was able to book an appointment online same-day, they had my battery in stock, they had it done in about 10 minutes for less than HALF the price of the Apple Store PLUS a $10 off coupon. Employees were all wearing masks. I’m a happy customer.
Excellent service! The young lady took one quick look at my dead battery and quickly found the best one for my needs. She was very polite and professional. She was awesome and her friendly and professional assistance was very much appreciated. I'll be back and I will recommend this story to my friends!
They're always helpful, my daughter uses my old phone & it goes through batteries from an internal issue. I went in to purchase a new one, but they stopped me, asked for the phone, and replaced the battery inside for free because apparently it was under warranty! That was a pleasant surprise from an employee who went above and beyond what most would have done.
I was able to easily order a replacement headlight bulb online. I got to the store 30min before they closed and the employee was still super helpful and able to install my new headlight bulb. It amazes me that you offer free installations, and that's exactly why I will always shop at your store, and specifically this location.
